Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, please review our policy below.
• Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of the receipt.
• Merchandise must be unworn/unused and in perfect new condition to qualify for a return.
• Merchandise must have any original tags attached and be accompanied by the original product packaging, including all documentation.
• Only one return or exchange transaction is permitted per order.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
To begin the return process, please email us at hello@myravelle.com with your order number and an explanation of why you are returning the item. All items need to be returned back to our facility before any exchange or refund can be processed. Unfortunately, shipping fees are non-refundable. Carefully repack the item and send your return with a copy of the original invoice or sales receipt to:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom made items, sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 30 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@myravelle.com.
